Daycare Providers

This month Grandma Sheila and Grandpa Jeff went above and beyond and provided daycare services before Darren officially starts at Creme de la Creme next week. He loved his time with them and did everything from walking in Chastain Park with Grandpa's walking club to having an explosive poop in Bank of America. Grandma's most memorable moment happened when someone in the grocery store asked her how old HER child was.




Please Note: Grandma and Grandpa put that ridiculous green hat on Darren. He also learned how to do those crazy big eyes from The Runaway Bride who is actually the secretary at our Pediatrician's office. I am working up the nerve to ask her to take a picture with Darren. Do you think it would be too much if I ask her to wear a veil in the picture?

3 Months Old!

You may have noticed that we upgraded to a computer print out for Darren's month signs - thanks to my office and my new desk conveniently located next to the printer.

Hilton Head Island

Darren hit the road for Labor Day to visit Grandma and Grandpa and to help his mom celebrate one final hoorah before returning to work.

The pups also loved the beach - by the time they left, they had fans.

Little Darren hits the Big Apple.

Darren went all the way to NYC to visit his family. After a 7 hour plane ride due to bad weather, Darren finally arrived. One lady commented that we had been on the plane so long that Darren had grown!


Darren met his first cab driver. Unfortunately, he was not as friendly as the one on Cash Cab.

Jackie is fleeing Atlanta (again) so we went over to help pack her POD and say our goodbyes. During the visit, Darren went into the POD where he literally became a PEA in a POD (bad pun is courtesy of Gary).

Two Months Young!

Darren's big day was very busy. He kicked it off with a mall play date with his gal pal Julia and friend Jaron. After convincing his mom that he hates shopping, he headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's house to celebrate his first shabbat with the yamukah that the Goldman's delivered all the way from Jerusalem.

Darren's play group went out to celebrate Traci's birthday. Darren slept the entire time but would like to point out that Ryan isn't crying in this picture. Maybe it's because his mom has a new hotsling that he loves. Now Darren wants one too.

Saturday night Julia came over for a dinner date with Darren. When she conveniently forgot her pajamas, Darren stepped in and lent her some of his. Looks like onsies are the new letter jackets.

Darren had a break from watching Big Brother all summer when his Uncle Danny and Aunt Cari babysat on Saturday night and showed him the ropes of Braves baseball. Like his mother, Darren grew bored and rooted for the game to end so he could get back to his reality TV.

Darren and Ryan got together with their new friend Demi today. I don't know what she said but Ryan and Darren are not amused.

First Comes Love.

Darren and Julia are getting married. We're already planning the wedding. No pressure.

Cloey loves Darren. She also loves the camera and never likes to miss out on a photo opportunity.
